What Is D33?
The Dubai Economic Agenda (D33) is one of the most ambitious national blueprints in the world. An economic transformation plan launched in 2023 by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
This 10-year master plan aims to double the size of Dubai’s economy by 2033, generating a staggering AED 32 trillion (US$8.7 trillion) in cumulative economic activity.
